During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty complying with directives from his teacher and demonstrating appropriate behaviors with his peers while in class. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty complying with rules and directives given by his teacher. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty exercising self-control and control impulsive behavior by not staying inside his classroom. QMHP-C greeted client upon arrival to the school setting. (AM) During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of complying with directives from his teacher and demonstrating appropriate behaviors with his peers. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of exercising self-control and control impulsive behavior by staying inside his classroom. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by participation and positive engagement. During morning observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to comply with directives from his teacher and to demonstrate appropriate behaviors with his peers while in class. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to comply with rules and directives given by his teacher. During afternoon observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to exercise self-control and control impulsive behavior by staying inside his classroom.
